Non avrei mai pensato che avrei potuto percorrere queste strade

(I Never thought I would get too walk these Roads)

After a 10 hour flight over the Atlantic then 2 half hours from Turkey to Rome. Then 40 min drive into the countryside of a beauty resort named Carpediem. Funny thing is the only thing I could think about was seizing  my bed! After a little rest, It was a family vacation with double meaning/purpose. One is to experience life with people I look over sites and sounds I neve thought I'd see, the other reason was to drink up as much art & culture as I can! From the feeling the pillars of the mighty Colosseum all the way to the overwhelming feelings of the Vatican. I mean I got to see one of my favorite art wonders, the great Raphael’s “School of 

Athens”!! Walking in the shadows of giants, that's how I felt being surrounded by the centuries and centuries of art just oozing from the skylines down to the cracks in the ancient pavement. I felt very naturally connected to Rome, Italy, as if we were old friends that met before.

(Not open until 1pm!) 

Walking through these old streets, I was impressed by how much in Italy they take enjoying their time seriously! I mean breaks are a must, and 12:55 isn’t 1pm like the sign says when they open! Hahaha Which means you better get an espresso somewhere else or come back in 5 minutes!

(About the Food!) 

The food is amazing in Italy, honestly it was amazing even on the plane ride, thank you Turkish Airlines hahaha! I noticed most petro or gas stations didn’t have hardly any pre-packaged junk foods like in the states! Instead usually fresh deli areas, where things are either made there or brought in fresh to be sold that day. If anyone knows me, knows I love PIZZA! Yes, Pizza in Italy is Amazing!!!!!! 

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE TO BRING BACK WITH ME TO MY COMMUNITY AND BEYOND! WHERE TOO NEXT!!?
